Hi, I'm Ron Ogden. Today, how to unlock the call sign, "Mmm Brains" in "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2." Come with me as we do a little bit of terminal brain surgery. To get the "Mmm Brains" title, you must kill an enemy player using both barrels of the ranger. Note that the ranger does not have an aim down the sight button.
