It Was initially created to be used by Austin, for personal use (Austin is an engineer and used it initially for its test flight) then evolved to the point to be placed on the market.
Now in its ninth release, X-Plane is based on the physical concept of fluid dynamics, the behavior of an object immersed in a fluid (in this case air).
For this reason, the "starting point" of X-Plane is the use of mathematical algorithms that describe the shape of the object makes it move in a certain way.
In X-Plane simulator based on the shape of the aircraft (kites, airfoils, size, mass) we will have a certain behavior, design, therefore, a Boeing 747 by setting exactly the same parameters as the original model, resulting behavior in X-Plane practically equal to reality.
