Something For Everyone in Hong Kong

Often regarded as a fusion point for different cultures, Hong Kong offers an amazing experience for the senses whether you are interested in shopping for the latest designer brands, Buddhist monuments or simply want some stunning snapshots for your photo album.
And for those particularly after the latter, the Peak should be something that all those on a Hong Kong cruise vacation will want to take in.
Offering stunning views of the Chinese city's skyline, holidaymakers should have little trouble in getting brilliant pictures of landmarks such as Victoria Harbour and the numerous height-defying skyscrapers.
Those looking to hang out with some celebs may also want to stop by the nearby Madame Tussauds where they can have their picture taken next to lifelike models of stars such as Tiger Woods, Brad Pitt and David Beckham.
Star-struck tourists visiting the city while on a cruise holiday might want to go to Hong Kong Disneyland to hang out with the likes of Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy.
For a more traditional experience during a cruise to Hong Kong, why not stop by Lantau Island which features the 110 ft Tian Tan Buddha.
It is also known as the Big Buddha, an apt name if there ever was one! From here visitors can also stop off at the Po Lin Monastery which contains a number of Buddhist scriptures.
Meanwhile, the Museum of Art features more than 14,000 artifacts ranging from Chinese antique to works by local artists.
With so much to see and do, the only difficulty visitors are likely to have - whether they are in Hong Kong for a few weeks or a couple of days as part of a Far East cruise holiday - is fitting in everything they want to be a part of!
