Making the Dough for Biscuit

Massage the dough with gentle hands initially by pressing the dough flat and then folding it in two. Don't over knead because it will make the dough hard. Repeat this kneading process 8-10 times.
After that, utilize a floured rolling pin to roll out the dough about 1/4 to 1/2 inches thick. Get a biscuit cutter to cut circles of 1 to 1 1/2 inch. To really make it crispy, lightly brush either butter or milk on top of them.
You don't need to to grease the baking sheet, simply put the biscuits upon them and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until light brown. Allow time to cool prior to serving.
