If you think reading is your stress reliever, you might want to spice this up and have fun reading at the park or in a coffee shop.
•Look things differently: Realize that your problems are not all threatening.
Start on something that needs most of your attention and work yourself up.
Always stay positive and never let negative thoughts get in your way.
