Understanding eczema deeply will help a person to deal with their disease.
Many people try to gain a general answer of which food causes eczema, while scientifically, this is impossible.
One thing to remember, that eczema is a body reaction to a certain substance.
This substance is different one case from another.
It could be anything, depends on the body.
When a person consumes a food, his body will react to the food.
For example, every person has different capability on handling spicy food.
At the same stage, a person's body who has resistant to spicy food will have no reaction, while a person who has low tolerant on spicy food will experience tearing, and sweating.

Eczema usually started during childhood and continues as the person gets older.

The reason is that because they are usually made out of natural substances and not chemical, unlike modern medicine.
The only setback is that although home remedies are cheap and easy to find, it still is a curing device.
People tend to forget the preventive medication, which, in the case of Eczema, is to decrease or even avoid the consumption of foods that has effects of eczema on a person's body.
Therefore, the key to reduce the effects of eczema is to recognize which food causes eczema on a person's body.
But, the question remains.
Which food causes eczema? Well, some examples are dairy products, green vegetables, chili, coffee, tea, and just about any food can be named.
But on the case of eczema, there is rarely generalization of which food causes eczema.
A mixture of content can reduce or even diminish the effect of a substance.
For instance, a person might be allergic to dairy product in the form of fresh milk, but not to butter.
Again, the key is by experience.
