Hi I'm Tudi Wilson of Tudilicious which you can find online. Today I'm going to teach you how to make sausage stars using Wonton wrappers. Let's get started. So you want to spray your pan with some nonstick cooking spray. And you can do these sausage stars in either a mini muffin or in a mini loaf pan and I'm using mini loaf today. Okay? And these are Wonton wrappers so you want to stick it in here like that. Okay and then here's my sausage. I'm going to stick sausage in the bottom of each one. Okay. And I have an egg so I'm going to do two eggs, one per star. And let's see. Then you want to get you some cheese and you just sprinkle as much as you like in there. And what you're doing is, when you pour the egg on top it'll just fall into all those places so the cheese will melt on the inside of it so it'll be more like a casserole. There you go. So these are like really good for diabetics because the calories are so low in the Wonton wrappers as opposed to it being a proper crust or a pie crust or anything else that you would use. These are really good carb counters because you can eat, they can eat four of these and it's 1 gram of carbs so that's just an inside tip just in case. And it'll taste good as well. Once you take them out of the oven you want to put butter or some kind of spray or something on it so you can just have a nice shine to it and they'll look very pretty on your presentation.
