How Do You Win the Racing Wing Commander Ichman in "World of Warcraft"?
- 1). Load "World of Warcraft" and log on to the character that has Honored with the Netherwing faction.
- 2). Fly to Dragonmaw Base Camp in Outland and begin the racing quest chain, defeating McOld, Trope and Corlok first.
- 3). Talk to Wing Commander Ichman to begin the race with him. He will start out slowly coming off the runway but then pick up speed quickly.
- 4). Follow Ichman through his path around the Netherwing Ledge. Avoid getting too close to him from behind, because he will randomly shoot out fireball attacks that will knock you off your flying mount.
- 5). Stay above Ichman to always keep him in view and be able to see his attacks. Use the strafe left and right keys to avoid incoming attacks.
- 6). Watch for Ichman's double back, in which he quickly changes directions; if you're not careful, you may lose sight of him. Stay far back enough to see his direction shift but not so far that you will lose him.
- 7). Follow Ichman back to Dragonmaw Base Camp, where you wlll be victorious. You do not have to beat Ichman back to the Base Camp, simply keep up with him and you will complete the quest.
