How to Use Fruit Garnier
- 1). Stand under the shower head, and wet all of your hair. You cannot properly clean and wash your hair unless it is thoroughly wet.
- 2). Squeeze a small amount of Fruit Garnier shampoo into your hand. It does not take a large amount of shampoo to cover even long hair. If you have shorter hair (a few inches long), you only need about a penny-sized amount of shampoo. If you have longer hair, you need around a nickle-sized amount of shampoo.
- 3). Massage the shampoo into your scalp. This process foams up the shampoo. Run the shampoo down the length of your hair, focusing on the tips.
- 4). Rinse the Fruit Garnier shampoo out of your hair. Make sure all of the shampoo is out; otherwise, you can have flakes in your hair when it is dry.
- 5). Squeeze some Fruit Garnier conditioner into your hand. It is going to take more conditioner to cover your hair than shampoo. With shorter hair, you need to use about a nickle-sized amount of conditioner, while long hair requires about a quarter-sized amount of shampoo. Rub the conditioner into your hair.
- 6). Allow the conditioner to sit in your hair for a minute or two. During this time, you can wash your face or the rest of your body.
- 7). Rinse out the conditioner out of your hair.
