Do You Know the Most Common Generalized Anxiety Disorder Symptoms? If you think you have anxiety disorder, then you know that this is a pretty hard place to be.
Anxiety can control every part of your life It can take things that you once loved and turn them into things that you dread.
And it does not just effect you, it touches every person that cares about you too.
That does not mean that this is your fault.
That does not mean that you chose for your life to be this way.
Who would choose to go through this? What it does mean is that you need to know what you are up against.
Because if you know what you are dealing with, then you can learn how to deal with it The most common Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) Symptoms: Also known as chronic anxiety disorder, the most pressing symptom is frequent and intense anxiety or worry that lasts for months.
Someone dealing with GAD or Chronic Anxiety Disorder will not be able to stop or control their worry and in a any given month, they will have more days of anxiety than they will have days without anxiety.
In addition to the constant anxious feeling, they will also have at least two of the following: 1 - Feeling, restless or on edge 2 - Becoming tired easily or having trouble sleeping 3 - Feeling irritable or moody 4 - Muscle aches It can be hard to know if you are dealing with the actual disorder or if you are just having a bout of depression.
Your best bet is to keep a log of how you are feeling each day and examine that at the end of a month.
And please try to remember that you are not alone.
