Best Real Estate Tools to Make Your Business Automated So You Can Make More Money!
There are so many real estate tools available, how do you know which one is good for you? I have spent thousands of dollars and many countless hours to find the best solution on a small business budget.
I've asked fellow small business owners what they use and I hear 'I use this service, they are alright but I don't have time to find something better.
' I am writing this article in hopes to help other small business owners save some time and money by using what I learned.
I am always searching for tools that meet these criteria: AUTOMATION This is HUGE for me.
I can't remember everything or do everything.
I want to get it all set up at one time and then with a click of a button, the system works automatically and I don't have to think about it again.
Automations that I currently use are: o email drip campaigns o auto payments o auto billing o auto lead generation o auto lead distribution o auto backup of data I leverage technology as much as possible to make my life easier.
I don't get bogged down with the minutia.
I focus on money-making activities.
No Equipment Needed I don't want to purchase additional equipment to make my business more efficient.
I see a lot of services that that sound great only if you get their equipment.
Even if it's FREE, I still have to make space for it and maintain it.
Cost Effectiveness I look at bottom line results.
If there are any upfront costs for a new process I look at the overall return on investment.
Cheaper doesn't always mean better.
I am willing to pay MORE if I trust the company will take care of any issues that I have without jumping through so many hoops.
My time is very valuable and I don't have time to wait on hold! I look at a vendor's own technology infrastructure.
If they can jump on my computer and show me what I need to do or better yet, just do it, that will save HOURS of time of talking about it over the phone and getting confused.
