It turns out that I was eating a lot but it still wasn't enough.
How do you know how much to eat? Let me share with you a little formula that I follow that guarantees me success every time I try and gain weight.
The formula is multiply your current weight by 20.
The result you get of this equation is the amount of calories you need to eat each day.
So if you weigh 140 pounds you need to eat 2,800 calories per day.
This would be around 467 calories per meal if you were to eat 6 small meals.
Not only did this formula work for me but it got me the ripped body I enjoy today.
I don't look like Arnold but I look good enough that I love taking my shirt off at the beach.
If with this method you find that you're gaining too much fat you need to cut out your calories by 200.
If you find that you still aren't gaining weight after one week add another 200 calories to it.
