How to transform your greatest talent into a magnetic message

People do not know or realize that each and every one of us is exceptional by nature, it is a natural part of our whole being. We are all different, individual, and each of us has been given a unique gift, something that no one else has and no one can take away from us.
People don't understand that what is considered a talent by others is usually natural for us. It is difficult to recognize it, just because it is something normal to us. Moreover, we tend to minimize it or think that everybody has it, because we are not fully aware of it ourselves.
Be aware of your talents
The real problem occurs when people desperately try to fit in, to be like everyone else. That's when they lose themselves and their true identity. Others try so hard to be different, to stand out from the crowd, and you have something that makes you unique and special and you try to deny it. Why?
As a coach who wants to succeed, it is even more important to be aware of what your talent is, and use it to the fullest extent in your coaching business. It is the easiest thing to do. You don't have to participate in long, expensive courses to find out what already lies inside you. Also, you don't have to go and ask others what it is about you that is special.
All you need to do is ask yourself the following questions and that will be the starting point for your successful coaching business. Find the answers to these questions and the clients will find you:
- What natural ability makes you so special, so different, so unique from the rest of the world?
- What can you do to be useful to others?
- What can you do naturally that others can't?

Your Magnetic Message sets you apart
Still, the most important question you need to ask yourself is €What is your Magnetic Message that you can deliver which will truly make you stand out?€
That is the real challenge, to discover how to use your talent to solve a problem for your clients and most of all, how to convey that talent into a message that is magnetic to your clients.
So the first thing to do is to identify the fundamentals of what you do, and work on the way in which you will express this. Then you need to know and understand your clients and use your natural skills to help them.
Your clients need to feel understood, they need to see that you know their problem and last but not least, they need to see that you are the ONE who can bring them the solution! That's when they hire you on the spot and sets you apart from other coaches!
You must talk to them in their own language, you must motivate them and inspire them to be willing to invest in working with you. What you tell them is what they are looking for and are willing to pay for.
Of course, you need to work on your message, you need to reach inside your heart and your head to find it. You need to know yourself and you need to know and understand your clients.
Most of all, you need to bring out all the greatness and uniqueness that lies inside you and stop being scared of standing out from the crowd!
