This is Zach O'Kane at Everybitfit. Today, I'm answering the question why biking is a good cardio exercise. There are a lot of reasons biking is a great cardio exercise. One of which being that you're able to burn 250 to 500 calories per half hour. Another reason is it's a low impact activity. Meaning you're going to save a lot of wear and tear on your bones and joints. But aside from health benefits, biking can be fun. You can go out, explore new locations and meet new people. Join a lot of the social clubs and activities that are in your area. And that is why biking is a good cardio exercise.
