Media Converter

• 1). Go to the Media Converter site (see link under References) and click "upload a file."
  
  
• 2). Click "Browse" and a "File Upload" window will open.
  
  
• 3). Find the MOV file you want to convert online and click "Open" in that window. Once you've done this, click "OK" on the Media Converter page.
  
  
• 4). Select the "go to the next step" button on the Media Converter page and a drop box will appear.
  
  
• 5). Choose the video format inside the drop box that you want to convert the MOV file to, and click "OK."
  
  
• 6). Click "Start" to convert the MOV file. After the MOV has been converted, click on the "Download" link at the bottom of the page to save the converted MOV onto your computer.
  
  

Zamzar

• 1). Click on the "Browse" button that is located on the Zamzar page (see link under References). The "File Upload" window will open.
  
  
• 2). Select the MOV file you want to convert online and click "Open."
  
  
• 3). Choose the video file format for the converted file inside the "Convert to" drop box.
  
  
• 4). Type your email address inside the text box found in the "Step 3" window and then click "Convert." The MOV file will be converted to the select video format and an email will be sent to your address.
  
  
• 5). Open the email from the Zamzar website. A download link for the converted MOV file will be located inside the email. Click that link and then click on the "Download Now" button on the new webpage. The converted MOV file will be saved onto your computer.
