How to Reduce Undereye Bags
- 1). Pour one cup of hot water and one tablespoon of milk into a mug.
- 2). Place the two chamomile tea bags into the mug and leave to steep.
- 3). Slice two thin slices, approximately 1 centimeter in width, from the refrigerated cucumber. Set the slices back in the refrigerator.
- 4). Remove the tea bags from the mug and lightly squeeze the excess liquid from them.
- 5). Place a tea bag over each eye and relax for two to five minutes.
- 6). Remove the tea bags from your eyes and replace with the cucumber slices. Relax for five to 10 minutes.
- 7). Remove the cucumbers from your eyes and discard both the slices of cucumber and the tea bags.
- 8). According to Janice Cox, author of "Natural Beauty at Home," drink the chamomile tea after removing the cucumbers to help keep the under-eye bags at bay.
