Set-Up Instructions

• 1). Use your stylus to tap "Applications." This is an on-screen button located to the left of the Graffiti section. This will bring up your applications page and show all the icons for your Palm's applications.
  
  
• 2). Tap "Prefs" to pull up the preferences screen. Select the pull-down menu located in the screen's right upper corner. In the preferences categories screen, tap "Network" and select the triangle next to Service. This shows a list of all devices/services to which the Palm is in range of and can connect to. Select the name of your ISP from the list. The name of your ISP should now be visible next to "Service."
  
  
• 3). Enter your user name and password (this is provided by your ISP) in the User Name/Password fields. Tap "OK" to close the dialog box and save your information.
  
  
• 4). Open your Phone Setup screen by tapping the box next to "Phone." Enter your ISP's phone number in the screen on the phone number line and tap "OK." Once you've finished this step it shouldn't be necessary to adjust the ISP number unless you travel out of the country and must connect to an ISP there.
  
  
• 5). Open your Internet browser/email application to test the connection and make sure it works.
