The Most Unexpected Website I Came Across Was That Of The Grace Church!
Internet always throws up some surprise or the other for us anyways! The more we explore, the more we come across things! And most interestingly, we end up finding out websites that we never thought that existed. Literally, I never knew a website exists that brings the Church to us at our home! The moment I got to know about the Grace Church website, I learnt about it, and was vastly surprised at it!
I was actually going through the internet to find out some motivational speeches, since I was feeling down a bit! You know, the motivational speeches always help us hugely in at least pulling up our spirit and soul that have been brushed apart and pulled down by external forces. They actually work wonders, as you start feeling good about your own self, and get back into the practical mode and energy that life demands from you.
But I was literally not ready for what I got! I could actually download the Christ Church videos that I thought can be seen only in the Churches! Seriously, I never thought this could exist! I always considered the Church a rigid and conservative place to be in, one where there has to be strict discipline and there is no space for the internet, the smart phones or other technological advancements. But the Grace Church website has actually transformed my thought process! I actually took quite some time t conceive and understand the whole idea!
I then started to explore the website, just to make sure it is not one of those fake web pages that mislead individuals for a vested purpose. Thank God, it was not something like that! Here I could get video sermons online that are genuine and are actually read out in the churches on Sundays! They were well prepared by the lead pastors and senior pastors who made well articulated speeches that generated extreme interests. The best part about these videos was that they were short and crisp, and ended in a way to generate more interest in you so that you would actually look forward to see the next part of it, or a video on another topic. Rarely have I seen religious sermons generating so much interest in an individual!
It was something different, and I just wanted to know who are behind it all and what for! I found out the whole effort is by the Grace Church, one with a Baptist background, coming straight from Sweden!
