How to Unlock a CDMA Motorola Razr
- 1). Call your service provider and request the unlock code for your Motorola RAZR. After asking some questions about your RAZR, the representative will file an unlock code with Motorola and then email the code to you once it has been received. This process can take up to two weeks.
- 2). Prompt your CDMA Razr to ask for the unlock code once it has been received in your email. This is done by pressing "74663#" on the keypad and then hitting "Menu" and then "Menu" again.
- 3). Input the unlock code exactly as shown in the email. If the code is entered incorrectly your phone could be damaged. Take your time and slowly enter the code, checking for accuracy before hitting "OK." Once the code has been correctly input, a message will appear onscreen indicating that the phone is now unlocked.
