Be An "Alpha-Male" & Attract Women Online
For the last several years there's been a lot of hype around so called "alpha-males" and why they are so popular with the ladies. Obviously most women seem to like manly-men rather than wimpy girly-men, but what's the real deal? Can any guy transform himself into a bad-ass alpha-man? And do alpha men excel online?
The short answer is YES! No matter how un-alpha you may be right now, there are specific things you can do to be more alpha, and use your alpha-ness to attract hot women.
What this comes down to is developing your alpha-characteristics. Although this is a process, here are five things you can do to become more alpha this week:
1) Stop sweating women and caring whether they like you. Alpha-men don't act like little wusses around women. In fact they remain totally calm and mellow whether they are talking to a hot model or a bag lady. You can do this too by telling yourself, "I don't care if she likes me or not!"
Quit worrying about what everybody else is thinking and just do what you want to do. Say what you want to say, and if some girl doesn't like it... Who cares!
2) Pump some iron. To be a real alpha-male you've got to be physically strong. Yeah it sucks to go to the gym and pick up heavy dumbbells when you could be on your couch eating cheese steaks. But you gotta do it -- GTL baby! You gotta look like a man who cares about and takes care of himself.
3) Put your geeky stuff on the shelf. Remember in The 40 Year Old Virgin when Steve Carell decided to grow up and sell all his action figures? No, I'm not saying you have to give up your Pokemon cards, X-box, Star Trek conventions and so forth FOREVER... Just give it a rest and try to incorporate some more masculine activities into your weekly routine: go sky diving, surf, grill a steak, take up kickboxing etc...
4) Talk to women. Don't sweat 'em, but do go out and talk to women. It's not alpha to just hang with the bros all the time doing guy stuff. You've got to go out there and interact with women too. You need their Ying to stimulate your Yang, and vice-versa.
Don't be afraid about making eye contact with women or getting caught checking them out. If you make eye contact say "hi," smile ask her why she's staring at you. Girls love secure, witty dudes that don't give a...
