Mobile

• Children of all ages can make a simple mobile to help remind them about the story of the miracle of fish. Cut out fish from colored card stock and use bits of aluminum foil to create scales. Punch holes in the top of the fish and attach them with string to a coat hangar. This mobile can be hung anywhere as a reminder of the Biblical fish stories.
  
  

FIsh Chain

• As a reminder of Jesus' miracle, cut out construction paper fish of various colors. Create a chain, gluing the head of one fish to the next fish's tail. Make the chain long, to give children an idea of the multitude of fish it took to feed thousands of people.
  
  

Boat

• Boat crafts can help children remember the Biblical story in which Jesus calms the storm for his disciples and their nets are filled with fish. Children can make a simple boat using a cardboard paper towel or toilet paper roll cut in half lengthwise, with a Popsicle stick holding a decorated paper sail. Older artists can fashion boats from clay or other materials.
  
  

Magnet

• A refrigerator magnet is a great way for children and adults alike to remember the stories surrounding Jesus and the miracle of fish. Cut out fish shapes from foam or construction paper, decorate them and glue a magnet on the back with a hot glue gun. Alternately, cut the traditional "Jesus fish" symbol out of foam or construction paper as a reminder to follow Christ.
