How do I View Pictures on a Computer From a Cannon PowerShot G9 Digital Camera?
- 1). Plug the USB data cable into the USB port on the Canon PowerShot G9. Insert the other end of the cable into one of the USB ports on the computer system.
- 2). Power on the digital camera and the computer states it has detected a new, removable device.
- 3). Click "Start," "(My) Computer," then double-click the removable device icon. A window appears with all the files stored on the digital camera.
- 4). Click and drag the image files from the open window onto the computer. Once the files have finished loading on the computer screen, double-click the image file. This loads the picture into view on the computer system.
