With a population of about 100,000, Fargo is the largest city in North Dakota. While winters in that northern U.S environment are normally long, cold, and snowy, the short summers bring a stampede of RV campers to the area for golfing, fishing, and water skiing. Winter attractions like ice fishing and snow skiing provide something of a seasonal balance. A handful of Fargo area campgrounds provide RV owners a place to park their rig, along with full-service hookups.
