For those who want to enjoy their holiday and make it memorable, the most ideal place is Torrevieja; a municipality administered town of the Alicante province of Costa Blanca situated on the south east side of Spain.
This beautiful town has a history; it was the place where cottages had been built for the labor.
But in course of time the salt mine was shifted from La Mata to Torrevieja.
Thereafter the town saw improvements on the economic front.

The church is also known for its architectural beauty and the beautiful natural environment in and around it.
Ethnological museum: One of the interesting aspects of tours in Spain is the museums.

Moor's tower: Most ideally located for a spectacular view of the sea, it was actually intended to be used as a watch tower against enemies of sea pirates.
This tower is believed to have undergone several changes from the time it was built in the 14th century.
The tower retains its glory even to this day.
