How to Copy a DVD's Sound to a CD

Insert the DVD you wish to rip into the computer. Start the DVD ripper program. The program should recognize the DVD in the drive, but if not, you can select it by searching "My Computer" and clicking on the applicable drive. - 2). Select the command to begin ripping. Once the file has completely ripped, you can view video and audio tracks.
- 3). Select the audio tracks or chapters you wish to copy. Before selecting, confirm that the audio files are a format that is compatible with your CD player. If the audio file is not in a compatible format, check the settings on the audio ripper software. Most have options that allow you to choose specific file types.
- 4). Copy selected files to the CD/DVD burner program, and insert a CD.
- 5). Select the option to begin burning the CD. After the CD is completed, remove it and listen to the tracks you burned.
