Eat To Rejuvenate
In my search for the perfect rejuvenation recipe for life, I have experimented with a great variety of approaches to healthy living.
I have tried living 100% on raw food, I have tried juicing and smoothing.
I have tried strict detox diets and I collected my good and bad experiences.
I was surprised my body was not jiving on any of those extremes, and having done my research, I even found startling scientific medical research on the negative effects of all of those extreme ways of eating.
Here is my miraculous recipe for eternal youth and infinite gorgeousness: MODERATION.
