LG Bluetooth

• 1). Touch "Menu" on your LG phone, and scroll to "Settings & Tools."
  
  
• 2). Touch "Bluetooth Menu."
  
  
• 3). Touch "Add," and touch "Yes" if asked if you want to turn your Bluetooth on.
  
  
• 4). Touch "Start" to add a new device.
  
  
• 5). Touch the name of your Samsung T401G, and touch "Yes" when asked if you would like to pair with this device. Be sure that the two devices are close, to facilitate connection.
  
  
• 6). Touch the option you prefer when asked, "Always ask" or "Always connect." Selecting "Always ask" will cause the phone to ask each time you attempt to make a connection with your Samsung phone. Selecting "Always connect" will allow your LG phone to connect to the Samsung phone without asking.
  
  
• 7). Press the END key to return to your phone's home screen.
  
  

Samsung T401G

• 1). Click "Menu", "Settings", "Bluetooth" and "My Devices," on your Samsung phone. Be sure the two devices are close so that they can detect each other, and establish a connection.
  
  
• 2). Press "OK," and your phone will begin to search for new devices. Your LG phone should appear in the list of new devices.
  
  
• 3). Press "Yes" when you're notified that your Bluetooth is off, and when asked if you would like to turn it on.
  
  
• 4). Scroll to the name of your LG phone, and click "Select" to pair the devices. You may be prompted to enter a passkey to complete the connection. If you have not used your Bluetooth connect before, the generic passkey is "0000." After the pass key has been verified, your Samsung will be paired with your LG phone.
  
  

Sending Contacts

• 1). Touch "Menu" on your LG phone.
  
  
• 2). Touch "Contact list," "Options" and "Manage contacts." Click the check box next to each name you would like to transfer. The number of phone numbers that can be transferred at one time will vary, based on your device.
  
  
• 3). Touch "Via Bluetooth," and touch the name of your Samsung T401G, and your contacts will be sent to the Samsung phone. Be sure to keep the phones close so that the transfer can be completed.
