Just because you don't go out to work doesn't mean you don't have to go out at all.
You still need to exercise at least thirty minutes every day.
No one can just sit at the computer all day.
If you work at the computer most of the time, you really need to get up every hour for a stretch and a walk around.
Stretching exercises, every hour and a brisk walk for half an hour every day should satisfy most of your exercise requirements.
If you like to go to the gym or for a swim that is good exercise and it breaks up the monotony of just walking.
Swimming is especially good if you have back problems because the water supports your weight and takes the strain from your back.
You can get a great cardiovascular workout using the water resistance.
You could try taking up a sport.
A team sport is good because it gets you out with friends as well as being good exercise.
Sports can be fun too.
Laughing with friends is great exercise.
If you don't like to get all sweaty and puffed out you could try Yoga or Tai Chi.
There is a lot of skill involved and it can be a challenge but they have easy exercises for beginners.
Try it and see how you like it.
Yoga is more than just exercising your body.
It could be an interesting experience for you.
You are working at home so you can make a fortune and live well.
In order to live well, you need to look after yourself.
A little exercise every day will keep you fit enough to enjoy your wealth.
