    • The Sprint Mogul is a pocket pc phone that runs on Microsoft's Windows Mobile 6 Professional operating system. The Mogul measures 4.3 inches tall, 2.3 inches wide and 0.7 inches thick at its thickest point. It weighs 5.8 oz. before optional upgrades and accessories. A rechargeable 1,500-mAh lithium-ion battery powers the device. Additional identifying features include a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and scroll wheel navigation. Sprint sells the Mogul bundled with a stereo headset, stylus, cigarette lighter adapter, USB cable and a carrying case.

    Display and Multimedia

    • The Sprint Mogul has a 2.8-inch color touch screen with a native resolution of 240 by 320 pixels. It displays up to 65,000 colors. The device also features an integrated rear-facing 2.0-megapixel digital camera with LED flash, 8x digital zoom, a self-timer, and autofocus. The camera can record video. The Mogul features a built-in multimedia player compatible with MP3, AAC, AAC Plus, WMA, WAV, MIDI, MPEG-4, and H.263 file formats.

    Cellular and Messaging

    • The Mogul is a dual-band device that runs on CDMA2000 1X/EV-DO Rev. A technology at 800 and 1900 MHz. Available messaging and data features include wireless web access via an integrated IEEE 802.11b/g connection and mobile email over POP3 and IMAP4 connections. The device is compatible with the Windows Live Messenger service as well. The Sprint Mogul also has Bluetooth 2.0 and IrDA infrared functionality.

    • The Mogul is powered by a QUALCOMM MSM7500 processor with a clock speed of 400 MHz. For memory, HTC equips with Mogul with 64 MB of RAM. For on-board storage, the device has 256 MB of ROM. An integrated MicroSD memory card slot provides room for up to 32 GB of additional storage. The Mogul comes bundled with a variety of software titles, including Microsoft Windows Media Player, Microsoft Office Word Mobile, Office PowerPoint Mobile, Office Excel Mobile, Internet Explorer Mobile, Office Outlook Mobile, Pocket MSN, ActiveSync, and PDF Viewer.
