We imagine it in full: toned arms, gorgeous legs, a sweet behind, and of course, right there in the center of it all, the sexily flat stomach, maybe even lightly kissed with the beautiful indentations of 6 pack abs. Why is the flat stomach so sought after? Because it's right in the middle of our bodies? Perhaps. I think it's because the flat stomach we all want is so hard to attain - in fact, the hardest muscle to flaunt is the stomach. Do you think that's why we're so obsessed with it? Me too. We have to know the facts about our annoying belly areas to be able to get the flat stomach we want and deserve. So know the 1 flat stomach rule, obey it!
