    • 1). Heat a frying pan with butter. Once heated, saute the onion and peppers. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and garlic salt.

    • 2). Strain the ingredients once the onions are transparent. Set the onions aside in a bowl and pour the butter back in the frying pan.

    • 3). Slice the steak thinly. Place half the steak flat on the frying pan. Add pinches of garlic salt on the steak and add the rest of the steak on top to form a layer.

    • 4). Slice the steak lengthwise through the middle to create bite-size pieces. Fry the steak a few at a time until they are crisp. Add them to the bowl of onions.

    • 5). Add the steak chips between two pieces of bread with Swiss cheese and garlic butter. You could also serve it as a side dish with mashed potatoes.
