Stop starving yourself.
You must begin to eat right.

You cannot eat donuts, fast food, and garbage and expect to lose weight.
In order to maximize your metabolism you should be eating 4 meals every 2 ½ hours.
Breakfast is the most important meal because it kicks start your metabolism for the rest of the day.
