  Carrollwood, Florida, a community of about 36,000 residents, is approximately seven miles north of Tampa, with easy access to all the Tampa area's attractions and restaurants. Lowry Park Zoo and Busch Gardens are nearby, and Tampa Bay is within 10 miles. Emerald Greens Golf Resort & Country Club and the Carrollwood Cultural Center are in Carrollwood, along with a variety of shopping and dining opportunities.
