How to Sync Ringtones to an LG Chocolate Touch
- 1). Access the V CAST Music With Rhapsody website from your personal computer, logging in with your Verizon V CAST account information.
- 2). Insert one end of the USB cable (provided when you purchased the LG Chocolate Touch) into the phone's USB connection port. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB connection port on your PC.
- 3). Power the LG Chocolate Touch phone on.
- 4). Check the phone for a message that says "Sync Music V CAST Mobile Phone." A "Connected" message should appear on the screen as well, but the connection message may take a few moments to appear as the connection is established.
- 5). Browse the songs or ringtones in the "My Library" area to choose the music you want to sync to the LG Chocolate Touch. All of the contents in My Library is available to sync.
- 6). Click chosen ringtones, one at a time, and drag each to the "V CAST Mobile Phone" icon in the "Sources" tab, releasing the click only when the music has reached the phone icon. The ringtone will then appear in a list under the phone icon and synchronization will start automatically.
- 7). Wait for all music transfers to complete. This may take a varying amount of time depending on the Internet connection and the amount of music being transferred. A "Synchronization Complete" message will appear when all transfers are done.
- 8). Press the Power/End key on the LG Chocolate Touch.
- 9). Disconnect the USB cable from the LG Chocolate Touch and the PC.
