How to Hang a Hammock Inside With Knots
- 1). Cut a piece of heavy twine with scissors to measure 36 inches long.
- 2). Loop the twine through the rings on one side of the hammock, then place the ends of the twine together. Tie a knot into the doubled twine, positioning the knot close to the hammock.
- 3). Wrap the ends of the twine around a support beam in your home. Using a support beam will ensure that the hammock will remain stable and safe for use inside your home. Tie the ends of the twine into a square knot to secure the twine in place.
- 4). Cut a second piece of twine using scissors to measure 36 inches long.
- 5). Thread the twine through the rings on the other side of the hammock, then place the ends of the twine together, as before.
- 6). Tie the twine together into a knot close to the hammock, then wrap the ends of the twine around another support beam. Tie the ends of the twine into a square knot to finish hanging up the hammock.
