Connect to an Amp or Receiver

• 1). Unplug the tape deck's electrical cord from the wall outlet.
  
  
• 2). Connect the white and red plugs on one end of a stereo cable to the left and right output/playback jacks on the back of the reel-to-reel, and plug in the other ends to the "Tape In" jacks on an amp or receiver.
  
  
• 3). Connect the second stereo cable from the "Tape Out" jacks on the amp or receiver to the input/record jacks on the reel-to-reel.
  
  

Connect to a Computer

• 1). Unplug the tape deck's electrical cord from the wall outlet.
  
  
• 2). Insert the 3.5mm plug into the computer's "Line In" jack and connect the two plugs on the other end to the left and right output/playback jacks on the back of the reel-to-reel.
  
  
• 3). Connect the other cable with a 3.5mm plug to the "Line Out" (headphones) jack on the computer and plug in the other end to the input/record jacks on the tape deck.
