    • 1). Prepare a mixture of 1 tablespoon of antibacterial soap and 3 cups of lukewarm water. Submerge the tooth into the soapy mixture and scrub it with a soft-bristled toothbrush to remove any decay, dirt and debris.

    • 2). Dry the tooth with a soft cloth and place it into a bowl filled with 1 teaspoon of 3 percent hydrogen peroxide and 3 cups of warm water. Allow the tooth to soak for 10-minute increments until it is whitened. Rinse the tooth with lukewarm water and dry it with a soft cloth.

    • 3). Wrap the tooth five to seven times with jewelry wire. Secure the wire piece to the tooth with super glue. Allow the glue to set for at least five minutes before wrapping the wire around tooth horizontally or vertically, depending on your personal preference. Cut the jewelry wire with a pair of sharp scissors or wire cutters, leaving behind approximately 2 inches of slack.

    • 4). Cover the tooth with a thin coating of polyurethane. Allow the polyurethane to dry for at least two hours before continuing. The polyurethane creates a strong, protective coating over the tooth.

    • 5). Thread the wire through the metal loop of a jewelry chain or wrap it around a piece of leather cord. Cut off any excess wire with the cutters.
