 Breakfast is great because it ends the fast your body has been in since you fell asleep the night before.

 You'll continue to eat healthy if you started eating healthy.
To see your abs you need to go on a high protein and low carbohydrate diet.
 This means that you need to be eating fish, chicken, and a moderation of red meat.
 It also means that you need to watch your intake when it comes to eating pasta and bread.
 Eating too much of either of those and it will make it difficult to get a 6 pack.
Also make sure that you eat 5 to 6 small meals each day.
 The meal size should be the size of your fist.
 What I like to do is eat the regular breakfast, lunch, and dinner and then eat a healthy snack in between each meal.
 Eating a snack between each meal will make it so you don't have to eat so much on the main meals.
 It will keep you from overeating and it will keep your metabolism going.
