Getting Rid of Stomach Fat Just Got a Whole Lot Easier

Almost everybody's always asking for a magical potion or method for getting rid of stomach fat.
  You wake up one day, take a look in the mirror and finally say to yourself, "I've got to lose belly fat quick.
" Don't be ashamed.
  It happens to virtually all of us at one time or another, and many of us have had to constantly battle weight gain all our lives.
  Losing stomach weight does no involve spot reducing; there is no such thing.
  What it does involve is strengthening your abdominal section while eating sensible, pre-planned small meals 5 or 6 times a day.
If you have been thin before, forget about all that mumbo jumbo about reaching a desired percentage of body fat.
  Simply recall how much you weighed when you were thinner and liked your body, and use that weight as your target weight.
  If you've gotten quite a bit older, allow 1 extra pound for each year to your original "thin" body weight..
  This will save you the frustration of trying to reach an unrealistic 10-12% body fat level!  If you've always been heavy, don't tell yourself I want to weigh "X" number of pounds by a certain date.
  Instead, set realistic mini-goals such as 10 lbs a month, which is fairly easy to achieve if you're very overweight.
You have to really want it, if you're going to lose body fat! Simplify your diet by finding 2 items you can consistently eat in the morning, afternoon, and dinner.
  Also find 4 healthy snacks for in-between meals.
  With 6 choices for your meals as well as 4 choices for snacks, you can mix them up effectively without getting tired of the same old food.
  Don't worry.
  When you see the pounds melting off like I have at a rapid pace you're not going to mind sticking to this little bunch of healthy foods.
  When you do cheat maybe once a week (and you will cheat), cheat just a little - don't go overboard!
