When you come across an introverted guy the first thing you should do is motivate and encourage him to talk. Some men find it difficult to open up in front of strangers and people in general. You have to make him comfortable and urge him to ask you questions and answer your questions.

One of the most important things to remember while dealing with the shy guy is to not talk about things that make him uncomfortable. There are many things the guy would not want to bring up or talk about. If you bring up such issues then it will make him even more uncomfortable.
