It's not very easy to wake up every morning, look at yourself in the mirror and say to yourself once again, "I've got to lose this weight" or "this is the day I change everything!".
If losing weight has become the routine topic of conversation with yourself I suggest you pay close attention to what I have to say or write that is.
You must eat to lose weight.
There are no secret magic potions or spells available, not since Merlin, so you'll have to take the classic route.
Which is to say you'll have to begin by first preparing mentally for whatever your goal is and summon the will power to set yourself in the right direction.
Once you make up your mind to reach a goal and you have it written down, taped on the frig, doodled on your notebook anything is possible.
I want to talk about the one great secret that often escapes the common dieter and the majority of diet programs.
The secret is not necessarily burning more calories than you take in, but eating the right calories.
A plan that allows you to eat to lose weight.
That's right.
The difference is eating the "good" calories and cutting down on the 'bad" calories.
This is really essential because without a plan you'll find yourself starving most of the time and will eventually give up and that's not what I want for you.
So here goes.
There are actual methods of dieting out there that allow you to eat more and still lose weight.
That's right.

This does not work if you are completely sedentary and stuck to your couch, but if you are, as I said, able to set your goal and stick to your normal everyday activities that typically come with working, shopping for groceries, visiting friends, all of which require some walking and movement, you can lose weight.
Here is part of the eat to lose weight lose tips I recommend along with some common sense: Cut down on the fast food products and prepare your own meals Use natural ingredients whenever possible Eliminate alcohol and those bad calories as much as possible Eat smaller portions and more often believe it or not Drink more water Eat foods with high fiber such as vegetables, leafy greens, whole grains Consume healthy snacks throughout the day when hungry such as almonds and fruits Include these in your diet, black beans, virgin olive oil, avocados, acai berries Be happy, take part in activities that keep you that way and lower stress.
Stress is not only unhealthy to your heart, but when we are unhappy we binge on bad fats.
