If you are in a hurry, take two teabags, moisten them, and put them in the freezer for a few minutes.
Then place these cold teabags under your eyes for 15 to 20 minutes.

You can also use teabags with hot water.
Boil some water and put two teabags in it.
After 2 minutes, take out the teabags and let them dry.
