So you should add liberal doses of fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily meal.

Another way to reduce your intake of your normal diet is to drink two glasses of water prior to commencement of eating your normal diet.
Drinking water many times during your eating will also reduce your intake of food.
Since you're going to eat frequently, your body will not be deprived of the required energy for its daily functioning.

If it is not drunk sufficiently, there is every chance that you will increase your fat.
