You Can"t Run Using Your Walking Shoes

You can do your walking exercise for hours or for miles in your running shoes, but this should not be done that often.
You are not supposed to walk using your running shoes.
If you do so, you will start to feel a minor discomfort in your knees and ankles, this is according to a well known podiatrist in charge of a professional basketball team.
If you do that, it will only cause you injury.
Men's running shoes are specifically designed to be bent easily in its midsole area, while it provides a lateral support as opposed to other types of athletic shoes.
For example, a basketball shoe is specifically designed for an entirely different purpose and for different loading and bending.
For many men, shoes are just shoes; it is just that simple to them.
However, modern shoes from well known brands are carefully engineered and designed just like complex machinery.
Our foot has about 26 bones and built with a lot of tendons and muscles.
They are designed to work and move together in a specific way.
An injury may happen when the wrong type of shoe starts forcing our foot to be bent in an unnatural way.
It is not that easy to create and design a men's shoe that can easily flex, move and bend perfectly with the foot.
It is way complicated! There are a lot of runners that is with a floppy feet that over bends towards our body's mid-line while we are running.
Others also have high arcs that happen to resist its conformity to the shape of the ground.
There are a lot of types of running shoes for men out there.
All you have to do is to buy the right one for your specific need, if you are a runner, then get a running shoes; if you want to join a walkathon, then find something that is built for walking long distances.
