    • 1). Gather all the materials you will need before you begin mixing them, to keep everything conveniently close on hand and make the process smooth and uninterrupted. Keep a hand towel close by for any small messes that will need to be cleaned up.

    • 2). Wash your face before you actually begin the process of mixing the ingredients. Your skin will have a better chance of absorbing the nourishing nutrients with no oils or dirt on it. Using a mild cleanser and warm water to open your pores, gently rub away dirt from your face, using a circular motion. Rinse carefully, making sure to leave no cleanser behind, and use the hand towel to gently pat your face dry.

    • 3). Blend the ingredients, adding them one by one into the blender. Start with the yogurt and add the cucumber to it, letting them mix properly. Once they have semi-mixed, add the parsley and allow the blender to run for a minute. The end result should be a fluffy mixture.

    • 4). Apply the fluffy mixture to your freshly washed face, concentrating on the nose, cheeks, chin and forehead. These are the prime locations of blemishes, and need the most moisturizing. Once you have your face fully covered with the mixture, simply sit and rest for 15 to 20 minutes depending on the length of time you are willing to commit.

    • 5). Rinse the mask off of your skin after the advised time limit. Gently pat your face dry with a clean towel.
