Starvation is not always the best way to lose weight.
Not only is it dangerous it is also impractical.
The body needs constant nourishment, hence, you risk imperiling your health if you continue starving yourself.
Once, on a trip to Europe, I found a diet regimen which helped me shed 15 pounds in a month.
I felt that I needed to diet because Europeans are known for their slim bodies.
But I did some research before I followed this diet.
What I learned is that to lose extra weight we need to speed up our metabolism, which is why starvation does not always work.
Not only does it slow down your metabolism but you will gain back the weight you lost plus an additional more once you start eating regularly again.
To shed 15 pounds in a month, you need to follow a diet that will tell you the exact food to eat to lose weight.
Food such as broccoli or zucchini which are rich in fiber, and a daily dose of a plate of garden salad.
The diet also recommends fruits like apples and strawberries.
Basically foods that provide you with vitamins, and that same foods are often called zero calorie foods.
They don't have fat in them, and body easily can digest it.
No diet plan is complete without exercise, which helps speed up the metabolism that makes you lose those extra poundage.
If you combine exercise with healthy eating, you will be able to lose weight quickly.
While doing my research, I came across many different diets including calorie shifting and many others.
These diets are recommending that you eat 4 meals a day, which helps burn fat faster.
The reason it worked for me was because eating and shifting my calories actually helped speed up my metabolism.
Following this diet can actually make you shed 15 pounds in a month and a few more if you stick to it.
The good news is, if you shed those extra 15 pounds in a month, you will likely not gain it back again since you stuck to the diet and never slowed down your metabolism.
The diet is surefire to work, unless of course you start over-eating again or go on a starvation diet.
Always keep in mind that the most important thing about dieting is your health.
Do not go on unhealthy diet meal plan, it is not worth it!
