Riding Mowers

• Troy-Bilt offers both riding lawn mowers and lawn tractors, a type of riding mower. While both cut your lawn, you can add attachments to the lawn tractors, including augers, graders and cultivators. As of 2011, Troy-Bilt had eight types of riding lawn mowers ranging in price from about $1,000 to $2,900 depending on features and power. For example, the Mustang XP zero-turn riding lawn mower is the most expensive since it comes with a 50-inch wide mowing deck and a powerful 35 hp Kohler Courage V-Twin engine.
  
  

Reel Mower

• A reel mower is a type of push mower, which means that you have to do all the pushing labor yourself. These mowers do not run on battery, electric or gasoline power. As of 2011, Troy-Bilt offers one model of reel mower: the TB R18 18-inch reel mower. The deck has nine different positions and a 2-in-1 convertible mower deck, which means that it has both a rear bag and a mulching system. This mower cost about $120 in 2011, and it comes with a two-year limited warranty.
  
  

Electric

• The Troy-Bilt electric mowers plug into an outlet and as of 2011 the only model was the TB E15 19-inch. This mower comes with a 3-in-1 convertible mower deck, which includes side-discharge, rear bag and mulching options. It has a 19-inch cutting width and six different mower deck heights. It comes with a two-year limited warranty and cost approximately $200 in 2011.
  
  

Cordless

• The Troy-Bilt TB E25 19-inch wide cutting width push mower is also electric but it runs on a 24 volt rechargeable battery. It also has a 3-in-1 mower deck, and the grass bag can hold up to 1.9 bushels of material. You can adjust the height of the deck into six different positions. You receive a two-year limited warranty with this mower and it cost about $300 in 2011.
