Prop up the upper half of your body on both of your elbows.
3.
Arc your back such that your spine is curving upwards.
4.
Maximize the curvature of this arc by stretching your spine as much as possible, within tolerable limits.
5.
Hold this posture for approximately 30 seconds.
6.
Relax your posture and lie back down on the floor.
7.
Repeat this exercise at least 10 times.
Don't underestimate the potency of this and other stretching exercise regimens for treating sciatica.
It may seem fairly simple to perform, but it has a highly targeted impact on the health of your sciatic nerve.
