Lake Apsey Resort

• Just south of Espanola on the shores of Lake Apsey sits the Lake Apsey Resort where guests can choose between fully-equipped cottages or campsites with water and electric hookups. The cottages come with full bathrooms, full kitchens, linens, kitchen equipment, picnic tables and grills. The resort features a sandy beach with playground, water slide, canoes and boats for rent and an on-site convenience store. For fisherman, Lake Apsey offers year-round fishing, with boat and motor rental, gas, worms, freezer storage, fish cleaning station and boat launch also available.
  
  

Lang Lake Resort

• A little farther south from Lake Aspey and Espanola is Lang Lake and the Lang Lake Resort. Lang Lake Resort offers eight fully-stocked lakeside cabins for guests to rent complete with all furnishings, linens, full kitchen and full baths. Some of the cabins also come with Jacuzzi tubs, fireplaces and private balconies. Visitors to the resort can enjoy a plethora of outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, swimming, boating, ATV riding, water sports, horseback riding and hiking. During the winter, guests can take part in ice fishing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and soak in the resort's large outdoor hot tub.
  
  

Mill House Bed and Breakfast

• North of town near the Spanish River, the Mill House Bed and Breakfast welcomes guests to stay in one of its three guest rooms. Two of the guest rooms share a common bathroom and the third has its own private bath. Amenities include air conditioning, Internet, pet-friendly rooms and guests are treated to a full breakfast each morning. For activities, guests can easily walk to the Espanola Golf and Country Club next door to play golf or tennis, check out the nearby walking and biking trails or shop at several local antique stores.

• Located in nearby Mckerrow, the Alta Vista Motel provides comfortable and affordable accommodations with 15 guest rooms, each with two double beds, refrigerators and cable TV. The hotel also has parking for oversized vehicles including trucks and RVs. Restaurants within walking distance include Jeremy's Restaurant, Timmy Horton's, McDonald's and Cortina Pizza. Other nearby attractions consist of numerous hiking and biking trails, Lang Lake, Whitefish Falls and the Bonnechere Caves.
