Arrange By Players

• A baseball scrapbook can chronicle the career of your favorite players. Divide the book into sections for each of the players you want to follow and fill those sections with statistics, newspaper stories, photos and baseball cards reflecting the ebb and flow of your favorite player's career. If you're able to get an autograph, give it a prominent spot in the scrapbook.
  
  

Include Personal Pictures

• Scrapbooks filled only with statistics and signatures can appear flat and impersonal. Take photos whenever you attend a game, especially if it's not at your home ballpark. This will spice up your book with personal experiences. If you're lucky enough, you may be able to have a photo taken of yourself with one of your favorite players.
  
  

Add Personal Notes

• It's easy to get lost in the photos and memorabilia when you're scrapbooking; it's nice to include reminders among the baseball cards and news clippings. Jot a quick note to yourself saying why you felt particular items were worthy of inclusion in your scrapbook. Did a certain game hold a special meaning for you or did it occur at an important time in your life? Write a note and place it near the appropriate photos and clippings.
  
  

Don't Get Too Cluttered

• People have a tendency to cram many things into a small space. When you're selecting items for your baseball scrapbook, limit what's included to things that are important to you and the teams you follow. You don't need a newspaper clipping from every game your favorite team played, just the ones that had meaning. By editing your scrapbook, you leave yourself with a cleaner document and one that's more meaningful.
